Watermelon Yoghurt Cake Recipe.

Watermelon Cake

A cake that requires no baking! A fun summer activity for children. You can chill this for a couple hours before serving, but for best results, consume cake the same day you make it.

* 1 small, red, seedless watermelon (about 10 pounds)
* 2 cups Lemon Lowfat Mountain High Yoghurt
* 1 8-ounce tub whipped topping
* 1 pint strawberries
* ½ pint blueberries
* ½ pint raspberries

had a bit of spare time today (actually, a lot of spare time). Pulled out Picasa and my trusty built-in webcam and went a bit crazy! Didn’t even have to use Photoshop to put the pictures together. I simply selected 4 pictures and used the Create>Collage>Grid feature in Picasa. Voila! Instant photobooth results!

Y’know you’re hanging out with a bunch of Asians when you find yourself hanging out and just talking while standing in the middle of the street!

I had such an awesome time tonight hanging  out with two friends of mine. Once again, I found us just standing on the sidewalk talking for about an hour. It must’ve amused the little girl nearby. She ran around/between us several times. Cute kid! She must’ve thought it was the normal thing to do because her parents were also just chilling out. See! It runs in the Asian blood.

Day at the beach! Sunny day, blue skies, chocolate dipped ice cream! What more can you ask for? Doesn’t matter who you are with, because it will always be an awesome time.
