Thin-crust pizza @ Alice Fazooli's
Thin-crust pizza @ Alice Fazooli's

My fellow co-oper and I lunched at the Alice Fazooli’s at Hwy 7 and East Beaver Creek, mainly because of the $10 coupon.

We went at around 12:30pm and it was quite busy. The crowd seems to be older and more mature. Despite the busy-ness, we were seated promptly. Our waiter was very friendly and he seemed to understand that some people do have the hour-long lunch. He also brought the bread basket, containing the fluffliest bread I’ve had at a restaurant. We were tempted to ask for seconds!

Anyways, I ordered the Mushroom and Pancetta (without the Pancetta) pizza while my company ordered the Penne Arrabbiata. The pizza was really delish. The crust was thin and crispy. It doesn’t taste dry at all. There were lots of mushrooms and tons of cheese. The lunch pizza also came with a (huge!) side salad. The pasta also came in a huge portion. My friend found it to be a bit too spicy, but other than that, he thoroughly enjoyed it.

As for the $10 coupon that I mentioned before, there’s no minimum amount, which is great. I’m not sure how long this promotion lasts for. Sign up to receive the coupon via email at AliceFazoolis.com

I’d say, Alice is quite pricey for an everyday type of lunch. It’s definitely a place that impresses.
