I recently signed up for my work place’s exercise program. It is, by no means, a full gym, but they do offer exercise programs during lunch hours. So far, I’ve (mentally) signed up for Yoga, Pilates… and maybe a stepping class.

The decision to join the exercise program was simple. I need to get off my butt… and I’m too lazy to work out afterwards. The program at work is done during work hours, so I don’t really have to go anywhere. It’s exercise that I’m comfortable doing and it works towards my goal in being more flexible. In addition, it’s going to give me a great energy boost between lunch and end of day. And this program doesn’t hurt the wallet at all!

What more can I say, I’m sold on this idea!
