Snow globe from Gloucester, MA!
Finally managed to unpack from the Boston trip. I cleaned up my closet. Might as well, right? I purged, like crazy, all the old clothes that I don’t wear anymore. One pile for donation, and another pile for selling. Just trying to earn some extra dough… for more eating and travelling.
I met up with the kiddie engineers for some bubble tea at Ten Ren’s. It was nice seeing them again! I’ve been pretty quiet for most of the term, so I missed out on a lot of the inside jokes. Awkward~! But yea, turns out pretty much everyone is going to Hong Kong for Christmas. I’m persuaded to go… but I’ll be going in May! For a longer period of time. But Christmas? It’d be such a party to go with everyone! hm… what to do?

Not used to this new Pokemon.
Pretty much watched YTV and Family all day. I managed to catch an episode of Pokemon… Ash sounds different, so does Brock. And who is this new chick? Where did Misty go? The trio is just not the same. And these new Pokemons? Nah-uh. Not working out for me. The episode was based on this
Croagunk. Can we say U-G-L-Y? urgh. Bring back the original 151!

Silent movie – Dollars and Sense
Karrianne and I made a pretty spontaneous plan to see the Dollars and Sense at the Music Theatre on Danforth. The silent movie was accompanied by a pianist and several violinists. The experience was once in a life-time! It’s not very often that you get to see these old-school movies.
The movie started skipping mid-way through. It was really noticeable (and aggravating) especially during the dramatic moments. The pianist went along and ‘skipped’ the music whenever the picture was skipping!
The movie itself was very cute. It portrayed a very innocent, very pure love story. Good guy vs. bad guy fighting for a girl. The bad guy gives way and lets them be together. Aww. Too cute.

Long way back. Around 10 hours of bus ride.
So thankful that we stopped at Waterloo Premium Outlet for that 3 hour shopping. Bought a bit… a Coach wallet, Gloria’s birthday present, a pair of New Balance shoes… and that’s pretty much it!

“Keep calm and carry on” says the Queen
First real day of freedom… the in-between days… after exams finish and before work starts… so what do I do now?
First up on the list, Boston! That’s right, I’m heading to Boston on those Chinese tours with the family. (Sorry Elly, I should’ve told you earlier!) I’m actually really excited about it, despite everyone’s complain about the bus ride and what not. I’ve never done it before, so I’m really looking forward to it.
I’m not bringing my Tiny (the netbook) because, well… I’m on vacation! =] Expect loads of pictures when I’m back!
