In the beginning, Russ recommended that we should use a new name… a cooler name. We’ve settled with the name… Co-op Show and Share. Not thaaaaaaat much better, but it’s still better than the old one.

He also left for North Bay later in the afternoon.

the sunset on the friday
After work, I went for a bike ride around the neighbourhood. I managed to stop for a couple minutes in a park to just look at the sunset. Gorgeous.
I also encountered my first ever bike problem. The bike chain was not on the track on the back wheel. Emergency called Derek and he basically gave me instructions how to get it back on track. Whew! I got it working within a couple of minutes and peddled my way home.

A whooping 13 degrees!

Last day in New York!
At the JFK airport, there was a McDonald’s. Did you know that you can get a double filet’o'fish?
The ride back was pretty epic. Going from NY to Washington, we got upgraded to the Economy Plus with an extra 5″ of leg space. Charlie and I didn’t think it was that big of a deal. But we were in normal Economy class from Washington back to Toronto. Boy did we notice that 5″ leg space! We were so cramped.

The whole gang at the American Museum of Natural History.
Today was pretty schedule-packed. Even though it was raining for the majority of the day, we didn’t let us hinder us at all. We went out to Spring St. Natural Restaurant for some brunch. After that, we walked around the Soho area to find Charlie’s Fred Perry bag and Kidrobot for some more toys. Uniqlo was the next store to hit. We all now officially own something by Uniqlo.
Pre-dinner was rice pudding at Rice to Riches and dinner was pizza at Lombardi’s. We forgot that Niles was lactose-intolerant…. so he ended up getting really sick. =[ Our bad! We had to hurry through dinner to catch a broadway show! Avenue Q was hilarioussssss. I’m so glad that we saw it.
Post-dinner was at Kyotofu. I had this soymilk soft ice cream sundae with kuromitsu whipped cream, mixed berry compote and matcha mochi. It was prettttty good! Post-post-dessert was meeting up with Calvin + co. at this korean bar. So jokes with singing Spice Girls and Backstreet Boys soooooo friggin’ loudly. good times.
