The office closed early today for us (as in everyone in the organization) to attend the Annual Towhnhall meeting.
The President and several VP’s did talks on the past and present.
mmhmmm… free food+beer afterwards! Not gonna complain about that one. =]
Oh my goodness…. This was the time when I woke up and rolled out of bed!

Tonight was a craaaaazy night.
For the most part of the day, I just bummed around the house. I missed that feeling.
Once the night hits, crazy shit starts.
Like a snowstorm.
I managed to drive through the snowstorm and met up with a bunch of UWHH peeps.
It was nice to see some of the people again. I forgot how much I missed Ori!
I finally met the Raymond Mendoza, who started OUCH competition way back.
D&Bs was a great night. =] I missed having nights like this.
One of the destinations for this year’s Winterlicious.
I’m super excited about this place. I’m going with my bunch of highschool girl friends.
I wanted to get us into Bymark… but they were pretty booked up on the weekends when I called.
At 9:30am the second day the public reservation started. Oh wells.
My coworker Avi told me about this place.
Benihana is basically a Japanese teppanyaki restaurant inside Fairmount Royal York Hotel.
Their chefs cook the food in front of you, but the showmanship of their cooking style is spectacular. Or so Avi says.
JP took a short break and watched the Eyelids during one of the orientation sessions.
Everybody (and I mean everybody) warned us against this session. It can’t be avoided.
It’s one of those absolutely unavoidable moments in your work career. But we made it through and we’re still sailing smooth!
The funny thing with JP is that…. this is our first work term working at the same company!
We’ve always taken the same commute to work. Two work terms ago, we both took the GO train in the morning and after work.
I didn’t see him the previous work term, though I bumped into him several times on campus during fall 2009 study term.
What a coincidence that I saw him on the first day of work! It was pretty cool to see someone so unexpectedly like that.

I was shopping at STC yesterday and I bumped into this — a human Elvis statue.
This Elvis gathered quite the crowd. It was really funny because the crowd was so concentrated on staring at the Elvis move….. they became statues too, although they didn’t dance like Elvis.
The mall was quite busy and parking was a bitch.
